The Friends of Kids Castle is an advisory committee of Doylestown Township, and therefore all contributions received through the www.SaveKidsCastle.org website or via check, cash, or other tender, will be deposited into a bank account administered by Doylestown Township, Pennsylvania. As such, all contributions to the Save Kids Castle initiative should by fully tax deductible per IRC 170(c) (1). Please consult with your tax advisor for complete information on how donations to a political subdivision of a U.S. state are tax deductible. Doylestown Township’s federal tax ID is 23-6000296.

Important Information for Parents
The Friends of Kids Castle are a dedicated group of parents and volunteers from within the community who are passionate about protecting, renovating and redesigning aspects of the beloved Kids Castle in Central Park. We feel strongly that the children of the community have great ideas and great talent to share that will help make the castle the best possible playground. To that end, we’ve committed to engaging students in a variety of ways, whether it be helping paint artwork, collecting their design ideas and participating in fundraising. The safety of our children is of utmost importance to our group.
Participation in these different activities will require registration or sign ups, so we will be need to collect various information about your children. This personal information will not be shared, sold or publicized in any way. The basic information we collect will be used discretely to identify which children are willing and able to assist and which school they are associated with so we can accurately tabulate participation levels for each of the schools. We require your consent to collect and store information related to your children and when appropriate, encourage children to get parents consent before completing any forms associated with this project.
We will comply with any and all requests to delete your child’s information If you have any questions or concerns related the information we’re collecting, or how we intend to use it, please do not hesitate to contact us.
